Killing Richard Glossip (AppleTV)
While we are not complete strangers to Oklahoma’s criminal justice system, this story was one that made my blood boil. Killing Richard Glossip, from Joe Berlinger of West Memphis Three fame, created this docu-series that covers the wrongful conviction of Richard Glossip, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
If you’ve never heard of ‘Cowboy’ Bob Macy, the disgraced district attorney that was responsible for Richard’s case, I also recommend reading Oklahoma Appleseed’s Report: “The Truth Will Always Come Out: Prosecutorial Misconduct, Brady Violations, and a Lack of Justice in Oklahoma”. Mr. Macy along with some of his colleagues are highlighted within.
